What is Earnest Money (EMD)?

How long will it take to purchase a home?
The timeframe varies while we are searching for your home. Once you have an accepted offer, the process typically takes 30 to 45 days. This allows time for the inspection, appraisal, and final loan processing.

Yes, absolutely. The builder’s sales agent represents the builder, while your real estate agent represents you. Having your own agent who understands the builders’ contract helps protect your best interests and will negotiate price and incentives. New home builders require your agent to be present with you or be pre-registered by your agent before you tour the model homes. To ensure your representation is secured, please contact me before visiting any new home sales office.
